In this work an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) for an implantable electrochemical biosensor system is presented. The ASIC drives the measurement electrodes and performs amperometric measurements for determining the oxygen concentration, potentiometric measurements for evaluating the pH‐level as well as temperature measurements. The chip was fabricated and shows good result which conform to the Simulation data.

This paper presents two high-voltage circuits used in power management, a switching driver for buck converter with optimized on-resistance and a low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with 2-stacked pMOS pass devices. The circuit design is based on stacked MOSFETs, thus the circuits are technology independent.

This paper reports on a new SiGe driver IC to address the low breakdown voltage level of modern BiCMOS transistors. An optical modulator driver IC in SiGe 250 nm technology with a supply voltage of 4.5 V is presented. This driver IC consists of pre- and main driver stages where a newly modified cascode topology and capacitance degeneration technique is employed to meet current application requirements; high voltage swing at high datarate.

New method for determining the state of charge on lithium iron phosphate cells using frequency domain data.

This paper presents a charge pump (CP) designed for a high linearity and a low noise to be used in a fractional-N phase-locked loop (PLL). An internal supply regulator with low intrinsic device noise is included in the design optimization. The high CP linearity is shown to reduce the level of in-band spurs in a fractional-N PLL tremendously.
